138 Liberdade Hotel

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was very good, a great selection and variety of foods available. The hotel has a lovely courtyard garden which was ideal for breakfast. We had a meal in the hotel restaurant which was excellent, someone in the kitchen really knows how to cook food! One of the best things about this hotel is the staff, they really go the extra mile to make the guests feel welcome.

Loved just about everything. Staff couldn’t have been nicer, nothing too much trouble. Courtyard dining area for wonderfully relaxed breakfasts. Ate here one evening and food was superb.

The included breakfast was a very nice selection of hot and cold options ranging from eggs to fresh fruit. The room was nicely sized so that we could access our large checked luggage, carry-ons, and still had plenty of space to get around. The bed was comfy, as were the pillows. The bathroom was quite large as well. The location is great as it is only 2 blocks from the Hard Rock Cafe where many of the city tours have designated as their pick-up/drop-off location. There are several restaurants all around the area within 5-15 minutes walking. The staff were very friendly and professional.

Their kindness made me feel truly welcome and added a personal touch to the entire stay. The hotel itself is beautiful — a perfect blend of historic charm and modern elegance. The location couldn’t be better, right on Avenida da Liberdade, within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and major sights. My room was stylish, comfortable, and quiet — a real sanctuary after a day exploring the city. Everything was thoughtfully done, from the interior design to the excellent service. It’s clear the team at 138 Liberdade takes pride in creating a memorable guest experience. Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to return!

The hotel is very charming and welcoming. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, and it had a large beautiful balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. The staff were kind, attentive and made us feel at home throughout our stay. What truly stands out is the location. The hotel is on the most luxurious street in Lisbon, surrounded by the best shops and restaurants in the city. Everything you might want is just a short walk away, including major attractions and public transportation. I have stayed in several hotels in Lisbon and this was definitely one of the best. I will absolutely return.
